Our commission structure is designed to reward agents for growing their SPHERE OF INFLUENCE BY PAYING HIGHER SPLITS ON REFERRAL AND SELF GENERATED BUSINESS.

50% Commission on Company Leads
Our lead program allows agents to provide phenomenal service to company leads who then become loyal clients who refer them more business. We’ve found that great agents don’t want to work for less than 50%. Since we only work with great agents, we keep a fair 50/50 split on our great leads.
Referral and self generated splits
Tier 1: Under $1m annual production in previous year
If you’re new and/or produced $1M in total sales in the previous calendar year, then your split is 60/40.
Tier 2: Between $1m-$2M annual production in previous year
If you’ve produced between $1M-$2M in total sales in the previous calendar year, then your split is 65/35.
Tier 3: Between $2m-$3M annual production in previous year
If you’ve produced between $2M-$3M in total sales in the previous calendar year, then your split is 70/30.
Tier 4: Between $3-$4M annual production in previous year
If you’ve produced between $3M-$4M in total sales in the previous calendar year, then your split is 75/25.
Tier 5: $4m+ annual production in previous year
If you’ve produced $4M+ in total sales in the previous calendar year, then your split is 80/20.
As agents become top producers, they naturally begin looking for better splits. We want to retain our top producers and encourage our agents to build and grow their database and brand. We accomplish this by offering a 5-tier graduated commission structure that rewards agents as they produce more. The best part? You can graduate to a higher tier, but you can’t be demoted.
